I’m Stephanie Paredes, Designated Broker and founder of The Real Estate Collaborative. For me, real estate has never been simply about buying and selling homes—it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients make big decisions with confidence.
My approach is client-focused, honest, and highly personal. I believe one of the most important things I can do is listen—really listen—to what matters to you. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property you’ve loved for years, or simply trying to figure out your next move, my goal is to make the process feel clear, manageable, and as stress-free as possible.
As a longtime Treasure Valley local, I bring a deep understanding of the Boise-area market along with more than 25 years of professional experience spanning real estate, marketing, sales, and business ownership. That combination gives me a unique perspective: I understand how to strategically position and market a home, how to negotiate with purpose, and how to keep the bigger picture in focus throughout a transaction.
But just as important as experience is how people are treated along the way. I value integrity, clear communication, kindness, and doing what I say I’m going to do. My clients deserve someone who will advocate for them, tell them the truth, and genuinely care about their outcome.
### The Personal Side
When I’m not working, life gets a little less polished—and I love it that way. I’m a mom to three amazing daughters and have shared life with my husband for more than 25 years. We live on an acre in Kuna, where you’ll usually find me gardening, tending to my slightly bougie chickens and ducks, or wandering the property with our three four-legged sidekicks.
I’m happiest enjoying the simple things: family, animals, a good garden, and a life that feels grounded.
And in a plot twist that has very little to do with real estate, I also have a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. While I may not be using the degree in the traditional sense, the values behind it have stuck with me—integrity matters, character matters, and I believe in treating people the way I’d want my own family to be treated.
Real estate is what I do, but helping people move confidently into their next chapter is what I love about it.
